The strategy to allow faculty and staff across the university to publish content on the web was already in place through Binghamton’s (pre-existing) content management system. Lacking was an efficient process for the university’s web management team to ensure that broken links were being fixed, misspellings corrected, and accessibility issues were being attended to without devoting significant amounts of time to the task.
