I fully recommend Siteimprove based on their customer service. When I send in email queries, they usually call me back within 30 minutes to walk me through any questions I may have. I never feel like I'm being rushed through an answer or that I'm inconveniencing them in the least. After dealing with large numbers of online software vendors, I am used to receiving really poor customer service support, and as a result, I've become very hard to please. In comparison, the service we've received from Siteimprove has been shockingly good.

At first, I expected they were being so helpful in order to sell other products to me, like some salesmen do. When I told them that we didn't have a budget for any other purchases, they continued to offer the same level of service.

I want to let you know this report has saved a lot of time in the maintenance of the Pierce County Sheriff Peninsula Detachment website.

Before [using SiteCheck], I would have to try to pull a one to two hour block of time out of my day to go in and click on every link to make sure it worked.
